TRACK AND TRACE — Follow Your Journey

Track and Trace is a proposed personal learning and reflection tool.
Participants could record places visited, activities completed, skills learned, questions they want to explore and goals for the future.
Children might keep a nature journal, draw a map, record new vocabulary or reflect on what they learned during a cultural visit.
Adults could use a travel journal to plan expenses, organise itineraries and review experiences.
Participation should be voluntary. Children’s personal information, photographs and stories must be handled carefully, with appropriate consent, privacy and safeguarding arrangements.
Track and Trace is not a medical monitoring or cancer-detection system. Its purpose is to support planning, reflection and learning.
PURE HYDRATION — Everyday Wellbeing
Safe drinking water is essential to everyday life, and hydration can be an accessible educational theme.
Children and adults could learn why fluid needs change with activity, temperature and individual circumstances. Travel activities could explore access to safe drinking water and the importance of checking reliable local guidance about water quality.
Participants should be encouraged to make sensible choices rather than follow rigid rules or unsupported health claims.
People with medical conditions affecting fluid balance should follow advice from their healthcare team.
Pure Hydration is an educational wellbeing theme, not a detox treatment, cancer remedy or substitute for medical care.
